Shefali Tripathi

Shefali Tripathi founded Career Genii in 2002 at New Delhi, India.
She has worked in Merchandising, Product Development and Production other than heading Garment Technology Department as a faculty of a leading Design School.
Shefali is a Bachelor in Textiles and Post Graduate Diploma holder in Integrated Fashion Technology from Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi. Recognised for outstanding performance in Academics and Career, Shefali has been Instrumental in bringing processes and discipline into Recruitments and Trainings and is trusted by the Top Management of client organizations.

Himanshu Dube

Is MBA in Business Management with over 14 years experience in HR consulting and Trainings, covering the entire HR gamut. Himanshu has worked specifically in various Human Resource/Public Policy areas with emphasis on Capacity Building and improving performance. He has interacted with Senior Officials and Consultants of Governments, Donor Agencies, Public Sector Enterprises and Civil Society Organizations etc. Past Associations with firms like Deloitte and KPMG has given clear insight to Organised Approach in consulting.
